Is their still. It's stone ax simple but surprisingly effective. The bowl of cold water on top causes droplets of alcohol to condense from the steam. If the droplets fall on the board they trickle out. If they fall back into the mash they double distill. What I had was about 50 proof and surprisingly drinkable.
